WELCOME TO SOUTH EAST SIMON

Welcome to South East Simon Community, helping support people homeless in Waterford and the South East.

South East Simon Community has a vision of the South East where everyone can have a home for life.

Our mission is to help people find a home and to support people to keep their home.

We provide supports in Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny and South Tipperary and currently have two offices in the region, one in Clonmel and one in Waterford.

South East Simon Community provide services for people at all stages of homelessness namely:

• Supported Housing
• Tenancy Support
• Supported Advocacy
• Resettlement Services
• Food Distribution
• Outreach to rough sleepers

Our community shop "The Open Door", 41 Michael St, Waterford sells good quality second hand clothing and bric-a-brac which are donated to us. All profits from these donated items are put back into delivering our core services.

The Open Door also offers a service to our customers where we will sell goods on their behalf and share the sales price 50/50. Our 50% is then put back into service deliver expenses. For more information please contact 051  311155.
