our services

Our Team works to a Housing-Led approach in tackling homelessness.

It means supporting people to move out of homelessness as quickly as possible and into permanent housing with a tailored support package for as long as each person needs. We provide some housing and we work closely with other social housing providers.

Outreach

If a person has no home or is rough sleeping we will work to help them to get into emergency accommodation and provide them with some practical support; a hot drink, a sleeping bag and a meal.

Advice & Information Clinics

Our Advice and Information Clinic assists people who require information on their housing entitlements. We support them or advocate on their behalf with statutory and voluntary agencies.

Tenancy Sustainment Service

Our Tenancy Sustainment Service works to assist people to maintain their tenancies and as a prevention service, supports people at risk of losing their home and ending up in homeless services.

Supported Housing

We provide housing in Waterford City, South Tipperary and Kilkenny. All South East Simon tenants have a visiting Support Worker who assists them with their move to their new home and supports them to become active again in their own community.

Housing First

We work with single men, women and families who may have chaotic housing histories, active addictions, poor mental health and are homeless or are at risk of homelessness.
